Paid subscriptions such as Elly Premium are billed through Vrilsoft’s checkout (including Stripe where applicable). Refund eligibility depends on the product, billing period, and applicable consumer law.
Contact support via the Contact page with your account email and order details. Software licenses remain subject to the Elly Software License while any paid entitlement is active.
